A LITTLE HISTORY:
From ALBERTweb to TheseLittleOnes

ALBERTweb.COM received many awards and kudos, among them: The National Religious Broadcasters Web Site Award and Best of the Christian Web.  Also, it is often highlighted in national Christian Magazines along side well-funded sites such as Veggie Tales and Adventures in Odyssey sites.

After all that...

...why a new look?

CHANGE IN AUDIENCE
This site began YEARS ago for kids - and kids alone. Now our audience has grown to include parents, teachers, children's ministers, and pastors.

It made sense for the site to be more cartoony when it was geared for children, but now - we feel it is appropriate to "grow-up" our layout to fit the grown-up tastes of our visitors. We hope you like it!

ALSO...
We are now part of Beloved Books & Audio, a great resource for Homeschoolers and home of the Sugar Creek Gang audio tape series.

We hope this change will be able to provide our visitors with more quality resources for years to come!

...why change the name?

ALBERTweb.COM comes from "A.L.B.E.R.T." the name of the computer designed by a children's minister & entertainer. Kids loved the computer character and it was the perfect name for that minister's new web site.

After much deliberation, it was decided to take a new name that spoke more clearly to the mission of ALBERTweb and this ministry. "These Little Ones" is exactly who this site is about. It sums up our mission: "Reach children with the Good News of Jesus Christ and be a resource to others who do the same."

New Name & Look
ALBERTweb was named after "A.L.B.E.R.T." a very BIG and smart computer.

Since it's beginning in 1995, ALBERTweb.COM has grown to include content for a growing number of visitors. Still mostly children, but some were parents and others church workers.

After much debate and agonizing... It seemed appropriate to change the look and name of ALBERTweb to reflect the changes.

We have a new sponsor, a new look and a new name, but our purpose is the same:
